The assumption of "traditional work environement" presence at an office desk from 8-6pm is nonsense, Employers need to understand that one is capable of doing a full time job, and have more flexible hours to conciliate family as a mother too. It seems that women can only do this in a entrepreneurial situation, where SHE has the decision power!
