What is fascinating about coaching the youth, to create a new project from scratch, is watching and guiding their energy through the start-up process:
Brainstorming – Value Proposition – Market Study – Business Plan – Completing the project – Pitching – Marketing – Video Publicity.
Although I am transmitting the entrepreneurial flair, I am also receiving a lot from each workshop and student. Every process brings its high’s and lows, and each student gives me the beauty of watching how they develop and embrace the project. Some of the students do not really want to be in the group or at the session (when we work with social homes) but as the time and project unfold, their enthusiasm grows and suddenly they are standing proud pitching in front of strangers. Watching this transformation fills me with joy.
